They must:

• Meet our high pet care qualification standards .This includes being qualified in Canine First Aid and Animal Welfare
• Complete observation sessions that check their pet handling skills
• Be DBS police checked
• Be Home inspected (Home Dog Boarding & Day Care only)
• Where applicable for Dog Home Boarding and Day Care, be vetted and licensed by the local authority.
• Have had personal experience as a pet owner themselves.

• Continual monitoring and ongoing training means high standards are maintained
• As members of the UK's main Pet Care Trade Association (PIF) we adhere to their animal welfare guidelines which are current and regularly reviewed
• The Head Office team backs-up carers with 1-1 support, advice and ongoing training.
