Trusted Pet Carers are MORE THAN a pet sitter:List Item 1
They must:
- Meet our high pet care qualification standards .This includes being qualified in Canine First Aid and Animal Welfare
- Complete observation sessions that check their pet handling skills
- Be DBS police checked
- Be Home inspected (Home Dog Boarding & Day Care only)
- Where applicable for Dog Home Boarding and Day Care, be vetted and licensed by the local authority.
- Have had personal experience as a pet owner themselves.

- As members of the UK's main Pet Care Trade Association (PIF) we adhere to their animal welfare guidelines which are current and regularly reviewed
- The Head Office team backs-up carers with 1-1 support, advice and ongoing training.
