  • Dog Home Boarding Booking Policy

    1. Attend an orientation visit to meet your dog carer at their own home with your dog (s) and answer any questions. (typically takes 10-15 minutes) If happy to proceed then...
    2. Complete online registration form/pet pack and  schedule dates online, 
    3. A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE AT BOOKING 
    4. 70% Outstanding balance paid 48 hours before start date
    5. Giant breeds are subject to a supplement of £4 per day
    6. 50% surcharge for Premium days - see pricing notes blow
    7. We only accept "Dog Friendly" dogs"

Dog Home Boarding Pricing notes

  • Dogs must be from the same house hold
  • Trusted Pet Carers' dog boarding prices are charged by STANDARD CALENDAR DAY and not by 24 hour periods. This means that you have your Trusted Pet Carer available all day on the day that you wish to leave your dog and on the day you wish to collect your dog (unsociable early and late times must be arranged with adequate notice prior to arrival with the carer). It gives you complete flexibility.
  • Booking Deposit: All bookings are confirmed at the point when we have received a  30%  Booking deposit for each booking made. If you cancel your booking within 90 days of your booking start date this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Optional Booking Cancellation Insurance: Our optional Dog Home Boarding cancellation insurance policy covers you for 70% of your total booking fee, excluding the insurance premium, should you need to cancel your Dog Home Boarding booking within our cancellation policy period.  This insurance policy must be requested  at the time of your Dog Home Boarding Booking and paid for within 48 hours of receiving your Dog Home Boarding booking confirmation. 
  • Cancellation Insurance premium for 1 dog, £3.00 per day booked
  • Cancellation Insurance premium for 2 dogs, £5.00 per day booked
  • Cancellation Insurance premium for 3 dogs, £8.00  per day booked
  • Trial dog boarding stays are minimum two days, at the daily rate.  
  • Giant breeds are subject to a supplement of £4/day/dog payable to your dog’s carer
  • An surcharge of £4.95 per day is payable for looking after puppies or incontinent dogs. (Puppies between 3 months to 6  months old)
  • Bank & Public Holiday weekends and Christmas/NY season:  There is a 50%  additional surcharge on our standard dog boarding day fee for Bank & Public Holidays Weekends and the Christmas/NY season.  Christmas/NY rates apply from 15th December to 7th January. Note also that a minimum stay/charge of 3 days applies for dates; 24th, 25th, 26th December  and New Year dates covering 31st December, January 1st and 2nd).
  • A 5% dog boarding quantity discount applies if 21 or more days are booked  and completed within a calendar year (1st Jan - 31st Dec) and are pre-paid/at the beginning of the dog boarding period for dogs that come from the same household.
  • £12 Additional meetings needed for instructions, meeting our staff/ carers or key transfers (after the initial free dog boarding consultation/ meet and greet). 
  • Should your animal require a Vet visit due to falling ill or accident that is not a direct fault of the carer, your carer will take your animal to the vet and you will be charged for transportation and time. (You will also be liable for any addition Vet fees, see our Terms and conditions for further information) £20 Pet Taxi/ Vet visit for first hour then £6 for every subsequent 15 minutes, plus 0.45 pence per mile, based on Google map mileage. Your carer will take your pet and stay with them at their appointment and bring them back to the carers home again. All Vet visits will have a detailed report for your peace of mind. Time is charged from “departure” when they leave their home, to after they arrive back home again.
  • When relevant, up to two forms of chosen discount offer/promotion may be applied to your dog boarding booking, the second discount is applied to the net sum after the first discount has been applied.
  • Sourcing Pet Food/Supplies: Food, and any other requirements are to be provided by the owners. Additional food/supplies etc will be purchased if your pet supplies runs out. There will be a £20 charge on top of the cost of the provisions (receipt will be provided) to cover the carers time to secure these supplies, plus travel cost or mileage at £0.45 per mile. Fees are payable direct to your approved pet carer

Dog Day Care Pricing notes

  • Dogs must be from the same house hold
  • There is a 50%  additional surcharge per our standard day fee for Bank & Public Holiday weekends and Christmas season: 15th December to 7th January and a minimum fee payable based on our 3 day rate over Xmas for dates covering the 24th, 25th, 26th December  and New Year dates covering 31st December, January 1st and 2nd )
  • £15 Additional meetings needed for instructions, meeting our staff/ carers or key transfers (after the initial free consultation/ meet and greet). 
  • An surcharge of £4.95 per day is payable for looking after puppies or  incontinent dogs. (Puppies between 3 months to 9 months old)
  • Some of our Trusted Pet Carers may offer to collect and or drop off your dogs for you. Travel costs, are charged at £10 one way within a 10 mile radious, there after £0.55 pence per mile if our Trusted Pet Carers use their own vehicle to pick up or drop off your dog . Our Trusted Pet Carer will advise on mileage before booking using Google Maps. Fees are payable direct to your approved pet carer
  • Sourcing Pet Food/Supplies: Food, and any other requirements are to be provided by the owners. Additional food/supplies etc will be purchased if your pet supplies runs out. There will be a £20 charge on top of the cost of the provisions (receipt will be provided) to cover the carers time to secure these supplies, plus travel cost or mileage at £0.45 per mile. Fees are payable direct to your approved pet carer

  • Price quoted is from and may increase depending on amount of time and number of pets.
  • There is a additional supplement of £8* per visit for Bank & Public Holidays and Christmas season: 20th December to 7th January
  • For 'Weekend' visit add £6 to the quoted price of weekday visit X1
  • For 'Weekend' visits add £10 to the quoted price of weekday visit X2
  • £18 Additional meetings needed for instructions, meeting our staff/ carers or key transfers (after the initial free consultation/ meet and greet). 
  • £40 Pet Taxi/ Vet visit for first hour then £6 for every subsequent 15 minutes, plus 0.45 pence per mile, based on Google map mileage. Safe and reliable Pet Taxi service for your pet. Collect your pet and stay with them at their appointment and drop back off again and settle them back in home. All Vet visits will have a detailed report for your peace of mind. Time is charged from initial entry to your home for collection (Pick up) to “departure” when we leave your home, after we drop off your pet/s, and settle them back in.
  • Up to two discount offers/promotions maxium when applicable may be applied to your booking/s, the second discount is applied to the net sum after the first discount has been applied.
  • Animal Care Charges: A supplement of £2* is payable for "each" additional care item request per visit: 1.Pill administration /*2.Eye / Ear bathing /3 *Medication/injections *
  • Sourcing Pet Food/Supplies: Food, litter and any other requirements are to be provided by the owners. Additional food/supplies etc may be purchased if your pet supplies runs out. There will be a £20 charge on top of the cost of the provisions (receipt will be provided) to cover the carers time to secure these supplies, plus travel/mileage cost at £0.45 pence per mile
  • Additional services: Garden Watering – from £5 per day depending on what’s required and size of garden. Lights – no charge. Curtains – no charge. Post – no charge. House plant watering – free unless large number or special care is required. Feeding fish/ birds – no charge unless specialist care required

Dog Walking Pricing Note

  • A Dog Walker 10% quantity discount applies if 10 or more bookings are made per month and are pre-paid/booked in bulk (together) at the beginning of the period. (completed within the month)
  • There is a Dog Walker supplement of £8* per walk for Bank & Public Holidays and Christmas season: 20th December to 3rd January
  • There is a Dog Walker supplement of £6 per walk for Weekend walks
  • £18 Additional Dog Walker meetings needed for instructions, meeting our staff/ carers or key transfers (after the initial free consultation/ meet and greet). 
  • £20 Pet Taxi/ Vet visit for first hour then £6 for every subsequent 15 minutes, plus 0.45 pence per mile, based on Google map mileage. Safe and reliable Pet Taxi service for your pet. House Sitting Pricing Notes

  • Booking Cancellation Insurance premium, £6.90 per day booked and is non refundable
  • A 7.5 % quantity discount applies if 33 or more days are booked within a calendar year (1st Jan- 31st Dec) and are pre-paid/booked in bulk (together) at the beginning of the period 
  • Travel costs, are charged at £0.45 pence per mile if our Trusted Pet Carers use their own vehicle, or for their public transport cost, (receipts provided) both of which, are capped at £75 maximum. 
  • Our Trusted Pet Carer will advise on mileage before booking using Google Maps as a guide for distances
  • There is a supplement of £25* per day for Bank & Public Holidays weekends and Christmas season: 15th December to 7th January
  • £45 Additional meetings plus travel cost needed for instructions, meeting our staff/ carers or key transfers (after the initial free consultation/ meet and greet). 
  • Should your animal/s require a Vet visit due to falling ill, you will be charged £40 Pet Taxi/ Vet visit for first hour then £6 for every subsequent 15 minutes, plus 0.45 pence per mile, based on Google map mileage.
